Projects Projects everywhere...

So I was working on a baby blanket for my friend Elizabeth who's due next week, and I finally finished it two weeks ago. I sent it home with my mom to give to her (Elizabeth's first child is in kindergarten at my moms school) I tried to take pictures, they didn't turn out all that well, but here they are anyways. This one's really dark, so you can't see much of it.




There wasn't much light for the pictures but I did the best I could. I made it with Lion Brand Jiffy yarn, and this pattern:

I loved how it turned out. I hope I get a chance to knit it again sometime.



While I was at it I knit a hat too (it was quick to knit!)

Ok, ok, I know it's a stitch in time... but still.

So here's my attempt at blogging again, I had a blog on Livejournal for a little while, but fell out of it. That was just random thoughts going through my head, now I have a purpose for my blog, so hopefully I'll be better about it. The main idea of this blog is for me to put up pictures of projects I'm working on, knitting and such, though most likely I'll spill my thoughts onto the page for whoever would like to read it as well. Here's to good intentions!
